Who operates this site?
This website is operated as Kingston Radon Help, an independent local information and referral service for Kingston-area homeowners. It is not a government agency, medical service or radon contractor.
Information submitted through a form
The forms collect the contact details and property or radon context you choose to provide so your request can be reviewed and answered. Phone is required so someone can respond; email and the optional background fields are not required.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Kingston Radon Help. With your consent, the enquiry may be shared with one appropriately qualified local provider so that provider can respond.
Calls and voicemail
The published phone number uses Twilio to receive calls. If a call is not answered and you leave a voicemail, the caller number and recording may be stored by Twilio and accessed by Kingston Radon Help so the call can be returned.
Website delivery and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Like most hosting services, it may process routine technical information such as an IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
How enquiries are handled
Submitted information is used to understand the request, respond and, where appropriate, connect the homeowner with professional radon support. The intended model is one selected provider wherever practical—not an undisclosed auction to multiple companies.
Questions, corrections or deletion
Call (343) 337-3880 if you have a question about information you submitted, want to correct it or want to request its deletion. A request will be addressed subject to any legal or operational requirement to retain the information.
